I hate my body lift

There is a coupler joining the two shafts together. It's about an inch and a half long. Both the upper shaft and the lower shaft slide inside it and are each through bolted. When you have someone move the steering wheel left and right you can see the play between the two shafts.

Like I said there is no need for that extension. I've done 5 body lifts on this body style truck. And if that extension is allowing play it is either VERY worn out or the bolts aren't tight

I never liked body lifts for that reason. I also don't like them as the bumpers always looked off. @SkyHighColorado, are your bumpers now lower due to the body lift?

I raised my bumper and put a suburban tow hitch on so it doesnt look goofy.
