What you need:
Mothers powerball or buffer
Headlight lens restorer
2000 grit wet/dry sand paper
2 old shop rags
Step 1. Wet sand your headlights until you've got the yellow/foggy look off.
Step 2. Dry the headlight off, and apply a generous amount of headlight lens restorer.
Step 3. Using a buffer, or powerball polish until your headlights are clear again.
Didn't get a before pic, but heres with the passenger side done and the drivers side untouched. You can see how foggy the drivers side is.
Your end product should end up something like this.
