how do you line a bed up? mine is crooked

on my 89 the bed has always been un even.. he bed actually sticks out past the cab a little on one side and sets on there crooked with a big gap between the bed and the cab.. it has a 3in body lift on it.. ive never had an issue with a bed before. i would just line the holes and put the bolts in them and it would go right back to how it was..

any idea on lining this up so it will look better.

lol okay so just loosen the bolts and try to scoot it in place i didnt even know you could do that i thought it was only one place for it to tighten up

Maybe some of your bolts are a little bent from the accident?? I could see that definitely happening especially on a truck with a 3" body lift.

thats possible if thats case try replacing the bolts and see what happens

okay ill see what i can do tonight by my self.. ill try to manhandle the bed back towards the cab alone haha if not ill try new bolts.
