Have you thought about possibly adding in some ram-air ports to your cowl hood? That's what I did, except I had the scoop added while hood was being made, it's the triangular viper style scoop. What size is your cowl and what material(steel, plastic, fiberglass, carbon fiber, aluminum)? I'll keep an eye out for a ram-air hood for ya, what style are ya wanting and how many ports?

Yeah, I know someone who builds steel 6-port ram air hoods, but you'd have to fab the duct work. He makes them bolt-on hoods ofcourse. He isn't cheap, but the price is good for the quality and craftsmanship....and the 3yr warranty ain't bad either.
