Can I combine 2" lift blocks and helper springs for 2" of lift and less squat when loaded/ towing?

just put a AAL in that will give you 1 inches of lift and a little more towing compacity

Yes but that might give too much rake for your tastes. It will give you probably 3+ inches of lift in the rear
