The louder the better
So my 1990 Gmc sierra has the nv3500 manual trans, it was making a noise with the clutch disengaged(foot not on pedal). I removed the trans and removed the imput shaft seal/bearing retainer located on the imput shaft. The bearing is shot, completly unusable. I need help replacing the front ball bearing on the imput shaft, it seems it has 2 bearings, an outer ball bearing, and an inner roller bearing. I cannot find any info on how to remove and replace this outer bearing. Help!
