Yeesh, that's pretty sketchy looking.

I'd offer 2 grand based on the engine in case the rest is too buggered up.

But that's about as high as I'd go. Maybe 2500 if it presented well in person....

Good start but by no means finished... Could probably be bad ass if someone had the time/money to put in to it and finish it
