Good A/C Pulley Replacement?

Looking for a good A/C Pulley replacement for my 97 vortec 350, i don't run ac in my truck so i was looking to get rid off all the a/c stuff

Just run a shorter belt? or just dont turn the ac on ? the pulley will free wheel....

In some cases the clutch bearing fails and seizes, requiring compressor replacement or substitution with the bypass pulley. The belt routing often doesn't really allow for just running a shorter belt; dunno about the small block Vortec but a lot of belt drive setups are arranged differently (including bracketry) on a non-A/C application. You can get away with it in some cases but those would be the exception.

I think in OP's case he just wants to shed all the extra un-needed pieces. I don't necessarily agree with it but to each his own; so I supplied the bypass pulley part #.
