i need dually adapters in the front? for weight or....

i guess you really dont have to but then you would need 2 spare tires since the front would be a single wheel rim and the rear a dually rim

gm had a cc shortbox dually, but are pretty hard to come by

Of course, with the backspacing of those wheels you could just swap in a 4X rear end even though they are a couple inches wider, maybe even a NBS rear.

I would think the axle perches are in a diff location on a nbs rear end. maybe you were already thinking about that, if so i'll shut up lol

Actually the nbs axel perches are wider, like a couple of inches wider than a 4x4 obs so i would think it would be too wide for a 2wd.

Yeah, I figure if youre going to all the trouble of swapping axles, cutting off the perches and welding others on is no big deal...especially if youre gaining a disc brake rear end.
