Gmt400 frame

Hello, hope all is well, i have a 96 k3500 454. I was wondering if there are any differences in the frames between years. Many of the posts I've read discuss differences between tonage not years. I was curious if there were differences between a 94 k3500 non hd compared to a 96 k3500 non hd.

I know I asked this question over a month ago and no one could give me a response. However, I have answered my own question and thought I might share my discoveries with anyone who has this same question. The 94 400s have a different front end compared to the 96, about a 1/2 inch. When I was putting the cross member of my plow mount on, there was about a half-inch gap. I needed to torch cut some 1/2 inch steel to fill in the gap between the plow frame and cross-member. The picture shows where the 1/2 inch plates go.

The bumper brackets are different, the frames are not.
