When Syclone ized they do!4.3L's, ahem... do NOT haul ass.
When Syclone ized they do!
I agree, no replacement for displacement. But sometimes you gotta work with whatcha got, tii you can get something better. Not like a boosted V8 they don't. More displacement and all the boost is the answer here clearly.
Stock the Syclone made less than 300 hp. They ran in the 13's through the 1/4, even with AWD. For their time they were definitely quick, but time and technology have marched on. People "remember" them as something special, but many of those folks weren't alive in 91, much less of driving age. When Syclone ized they do!
True that. You need ALL the 350, not just 3/4 of it. And I have noticed an increase in 80s/90s nostalgia, especially among the younger people.Stock the Syclone made less than 300 hp. Definitely unique and collectible, but not fast by today's standards. Sure they can be modded, but as stated, they're a comparatively small motor.
