I bought a donor vehicle for my 1994 K1500 Sierra, donor is a 1993 K1500 Suburban. Think the motor on the suburban is blown, im trying to pull the transmission off. I cant rotate the flywheel with the crank bolt and it has no starter. Im stuck at flywheel bolts that connect the torque convertor. Any suggestions?

Go ahead and pull the tranny, the torque converter will still be on the flexplate. Once you get the tranny out you will be able to reach in between the flexplate and the back of the block with an end wrench and get the converter bolts out.

So just skip this step and come back after the tranny is unbolted completely?
