might have been just to large of a hole. only problem ive had is the nut coming off the back but luckely i noticed it before the bolt came off! just got a new nut at orileys. the only place that had the right threaded nut! :( it messed up the threads alittle from it bouncing loose but i just used some washers to space mine out past the bad threads. no problems since!
nothing a new thick washer and a welder cannt fix atleast! ;)
