First off 95 4dr Tahoe with barn doors, when I push in the rear defrost it just moves doesn't stay in like when you ouah the other two buttons that have to do with the ac, any ideas? The contacts for the defroster on the barn doors look good, its never worked just would be nice to have

It won't stay in. Its a momentary push switch. When you push it, it basically starts a timer inside the HVAC controller.

That's how my Mustang was but atleast that had a light go on when you turned it on then would go off after the timer or whatever told it to go off, any test to see if its working?

Normally the light comes on. May sound stupid but is it plugged in on the back of the unit?
