temp gauge has nothing to do with O2 sensors. If the sensors are new, and a scanner shows the proper temp, then the problem is wiring or the gauge itself. Clean your grounds up, and pull the dash out to clean the plug for the dash. Sounds to me like the gauge itself has lost accuracy.

I have a s10 with the same issue. Im sure the actual gauge in the dash has issues. it reads about 110 but coolant temp with a infrared thermometer at the thermostat housing is 180. I have given up hope of fixing it and just don't worry about it. as long as its around 110 or so i know everything is well lol
