Cam and vibration question

Have the 395 cam in my 98. Tuned pcm, rear o2 delete, egr delete, headers. Is the truck more likely to shake? Not a lot but can put ur hand on brush guard n feel it. Hoods up a lil n shakes. I haven't cammed a truck in probly 15 yrs n it was a squarebody with a 79 350 with a lil more aggressive cam from what I remember. Just lookin for info if things goin direction I'm hoping.
