bypass daytime runnig lights

if i'm not mistaken.... granted it might have come about later. but there is a small button just to the left of the knob for the headlights. try pushing it in and out 3 times.... i know for sure it's this way on my mothers 00" and i thought it was this way on 98's also

Does that just turn them off temporarily and then they come back on the next time you crank the truck, or do they stay off untill you push the button again?

It should work if it has the dome override button.

As far as obs goes just pull the fuse. Mashing that button everytime is aggravating....

can also put just one or two clicks on the e-brake pedal, its not enough for the shoes to contac the drum, and it turns off the drls
