Another 4L80E Question from a GMT400 Newbie

I have the BMHM tune in front of me in TunerPro and it says lockup can occur in 3rd at 42mph and same in 4th, at 0% TPS. 2nd is set at 127.5, an unattainable combination. In theory you could tune it to lock in 2nd.

And that's about where mine locks up, between 42-48 mph usually...

I'd like to do some more research. You'd think they'd lock up at the same time, I'm sure we both have 4.10s. I don't think anything else would play a factor in it.

Well I have other compound errors. My cruise doesn't work, my brake switch had a short in it, and I have 3.73's, with taller than stock tires.

So maybe it should lol. I won't know until I get it back from the shop again.

Gotcha. I'm running 4.10s with stock tires (265/75/15) RPM's plays a role I'm sure.
