Ac pressure questions

96 k2500 5.7 it's 82 out and low side reads 47 psi high reads 210 this seems ok but when I rev engine high goes to 250 but low does not move is this ok. Temp are 55 degrees at idle 44 while driving is this ok any help greatly appreciated thanks

Use a 134A chart and pressurize according to it.
