I have a '97 suburban with leather electric seats. I have found a set of '98 suburban leather electric seats and they are also heated. My question is will the '98 seats plug into my '97? I would think the heated component would require more power than what I am currently wired for but I have no experience with these seats. Any advice is appreciated!

I would look at wire digram for seat operation. Should be easy tell. Is heating control contained in the seat or is there a separate controller timing function box .
