97 C1500 Cargo light not working

My brake light works but my cargo light doesn’t come any idea of what to look for fuse switch bulbs are good

Are your interior cab lights on when you're trying to use the cargo lights? The cargo lights will only come on if the interior light circuit is active (Door open or dimmer switch turned all the way up to the click). It's a safety feature so you don't accidentally drive around with them on.
