Replaced the battery cable going to the starter with some 2 ga OFC cable, made sure all my connections were tight, etc... here’s what I have now:

I have NO signal voltage on the S terminal (well, less than 1v)
Jumping from B+ to S does the exact same thing as turning the key (rapid clicking, no start)
No voltage drop between B+ and positive battery terminal

It’s likely that I have a bad starter, but that still doesn’t explain the lack of voltage on the S terminal...

Do these trucks have a neutral safety switch interlocked with the ignition switch or something?

Got her fixed- apparently I didn’t fully crimp one of the o ring terminals I used for the engine to body ground so it was causing an intermittent connection. Recrimped AND soldered everything, now she fires right up. Thanks for the help everyone!
