Yep. If reverse is gone, forward movement is lost, it done.

1995 is a stand alone year for those units; first year of the pulse width modulated (PWM) torque converter clutch apply strategy so pump, valve body, pwm solenoid, spacer plate are all unique to that year. So its recommended the pump be remachined assuming the stator itself is in good shape, valve body TCC regulator valve be converted to "on-off" via either Transgo's shift kit or Fitzall's TCC valve. Spacer plate can be repaired if #1 check ball location is worn or replaced with Transgo's 1995 4L60E plate.

Rostra's wiring harness will service all years 93-02.
