94 Suburban 2500 4x4 value

I ran across a 94 Suburban 2500 4x4 with a 454 big block with only 86000 original miles. The truck is a southern truck as solid as a rock owned by a gentleman who has taken good care of it. It has typical paint fading in usual spots but is well preserved otherwise. Leather interior is in great shape. Good tires and heavy duty steel wheels. He is asking 3800$ for it. Could anybody please tell me if this is a decent deal or not. Much appreciated

These trucks have bottomed out in value. For the good ones, the only place to go is up.

I paid significantly more for a freshly repainted 1997 with 454 with 96k miles and a 6" lift.
I get compliments all the time on how clean it is.
I probably won't see the increase in value that you could since I paid so much more but I would hazard a guess thatine hasn't depreciated much even though I put a bunch more miles on it.
