94 3500 doesn't seem to shift when 4 low is engaged

I don't know that I've ever tried to go fast on my K3500 when in 4-Lo? Why would you anyways? But you are just testing things, right? I think these trucks have a BW4401 or 1370 or something like that and the low ratio is 2.74? What I'm trying to say is that the truck is not going to go fast in 4LO.

I multiplied the final transmission gear ratio times the transfer case low ratio to get to 2.06 (0.75 x 2.74 = 2.06). Multiply the same 2.74 times your other transmission ratios to compare RPM vs MPH in other gears (2.48, 1.48, 1.00 or 0.75).

If those numbers look close to yours, I'd say you are okay.
