93 RCSB Build... (As fast as the pocket will allow)

I recently picked up this 93 5.7 5-speed truck. It is beat up, has dents and scratches... But it is a solid truck that has zero rust and should come back to being a decent truck.

Future Mods planned....

4/6 or 5/6
20's
bring the interior back up to nice
Complete paint and body work
Get rid of the buckets and console.... putting a bench inside

Here are some pics of the day I got it.

With the help of the guys on the boards, I got the wiper pulse board replaced so she has working wipers now!!!

So far I have:
Installed a full bench seat, fixed the A/C, new drivers side door panel, painted radio housing grey, replaced drivers side door lock

Next...
wait on roll pan, tailgate handle relocation kit, DJM 4/6 kit to show up in the mail.

Then...
Fix the Horn... no sound so I think some air horns will be easier to add than to fix the stock one.
Fix drivers side door hinge
Door panel on passenger side
Lock cylinder on passenger side

Pics to come soon.

Had an issue with the shop to get the caster (at first) then the camber correct. The first guy didn't know what he was doing, and the second guy with 26 years experience knew exactly what to do... BUT... still couldn't get the Camber correct. So, add LCA's to my list of parts needed!

Welded in the rollpan and relocation kit for the tailgate.

Next... fillers then putting caddy buckets and lights in the back.

I will take a few pics of the progress and get them up.

OFF TOPIC POST......... I was actually driving around Dallas last week and spotted my old project that I had to sell about 6 years ago... they took the 20's off it but other than that, NOTHING has been done since.. wish I had got to finish this one.

Got my new compressor in last week and ready for business. Bodywork should be making some progress this weekend.

JUST RECEIVED:

New Polyurethane Cab/Body Bushing kit
New Smoothie bumper for the front
New Reproduction Grille (stayed with the flat GMC style)
New Valence (W/O Fog Lights)
New Grille Filler panel

Hope I can show some progress soon... I feel like all I have been doing is ordering parts and working.

Cal-Vu Mirrors hit the porch today...

And, the rear end is getting smoother... Nowhere near perfect, but need to get the thing back to driveable, and to where I can get an inspection.
