Ok, from the first post
1. Purchased the 61967 (BD55008) rotors
2. Outer bearings and race fits from my 94 RCSB Sierra C1500 into the 61967 rotor.
3. Inner bearing race is smaller on the 61967 rotor BUT a L68159 bearing inner assembly will fit the inner race supplied with the 61967 rotor and the L68149 bearing has the correct I.D. for the 94 Sierra spindle.
4. The stock inner seal for the 94 Sierra fits the 61967 rotor.
5. Due to differences in rotor (61967 to stock 94 Sierra) the 61967 rotor add 11mm positive offset to the track of the truck(22 mm wider than stock)
6. Disclaimer!!! I need to fully assemble the rotor, caliper, etc to triple check fit and dimensions, only reason I haven’t is that I do not have the new L68149 bearings yet, would like to do this next and post for those interested.

I have adapter/spacers on mine, 1.5" up front and 2.25" out back. I've had it to 100mph, tight corners, pushed hard as I can in corners trying to stay in the seat, and, knock on wood, they've been fine. All while my 5 year old was in the back seat. $100 a set off evilbay, but can tell they are good quality.
