4l60E Loud tick when going into park normal?

I get a loud clicking sound, not quite a knock, but just a loud click, Normal? I always let the truck settle in neutral before locking the transmission into park. so theres rarely any stress on the transmission while in park. Normal or should it be a concern?

I got this when shifting from drive to park while My transfer case was in 4Lo, could be your locking pawl is worn.
