2013 Silverado rcsb 4.3 to 5.3 swap

This is my brothers truck a 2013 Silverado regular cab short bed, 4.3 and a 4L60-E I believe, work truck trim 4 x 4. 4.3s a dog and we think it would be a great project to do a 5.3 swap. I am mechanically inclined but have never done a big project like this. Here is what I believe what would need to make this swap work
Fifth gen 5.3
Appropriate year ecm for the 5.3
Motor mounts
Transmission control module that’s
Changes in wiring ?

I would think a Gen IV would be a lot easier. You can probably just flash the PCM he already has with a new tune and add 2 injector and coil wires and be done.

Gen V never ran the 4l60e amd lots of stuff is different.
