2000 Yukon Denali misfiring on cylinders 1 and 7.

I think I have figured out the issue. The pushrod in all the valves can spin around freely if you try to rotate them except for the two on cylinder 1 and 8 it is the pushrods on the forward of the two valves I'm not sure if that's intake or exhaust. What's the recommended fix for this.

Took out the lifters for the sticking cylinders 1 and 7. Not sure how to tell if they're bad or there is some other issue though.

Anyone know how to get the fan off the waterpump once it's already out of the vehicle.
