2000 crew cab short bed

Well I've been looking for a crew cab for years..either I didn't have the money or it was a long bed or just junk..finally the planets aligned and I sold my green 97 ecsb for 3800$(paid 2900) and bought this crew cab for 3500$ plus 650$ worth of bamboo hard wood flooring I had been trying to sell for a while..it was backed into and needed a new fender(came with the truck, Ebay special) and the guy knew where to buy two doors (pass side) ..today I'm going to pick up the doors..oh yea truck has 230000 on the body and I think 45 on the new crate motor I'll have to look at the paper work..truck runs great and is too quite for my liking.. Inside and out..I've already purchased a new CD player and exhaust is the next step..

Plans
New tires and wheels
Cowl hood
Exhaust (anything but stock)
New carpet
Camper shell
Maybe a body lift..

Changed the fender and both doors today...going to have to do some reworking on the doors...they aren't lining up right..they'll shut but you have to slam them..fender is on ..just looks funny cause is black..I'll have to get it painted soon..

Drove my truck little over 400 miles between yesterday and today...def need some suspension help to make it ride better..I'm going to get an alignment and tires balanced this week..hopefully that will help...also plan on checking the body mounts to see how bad they are...any help on the suspension upgrades I could do to make it ride better pm me
