Hey guys.

So here is my start of my build thread. But before we get into the 4x4 conversion we have to start at the front of the line.

Here she was when I first bought it.
Smashed up..ugly as sin and exactly what I wanted..

And now for the good stuff..

1998 k1500 frame, 6" Rcd lift, rebuilt trans, stock t-case, ARB air lockers front and rear, gears, currently on 35s but tires are old crusty and done, I'm planning on going to a 35 or 37 if I can find a good deal. With a 3 inch body lift cut down to 2

When I throw the plates back on my camaro in march the swap will be under way.

Frame will get sand blasted, high build primed, painted, everything will be rebuilt and ready to rock.

Then the truck will treated to box sides, get blocked out primed and blocked again and a fresh coat of black paint.

Should be a nice little daily once it's done.
