Hey guys, so my '94 is having it's engine and transmission pulled in preparation for an LS swap.

I have a few questions, having never pulled either an engine or transmission out of a full sized truck before.

I'm going to be doing e-fans as I'm putting the truck back together. Whats the best water pump option for ease of rad hose routing?

What else should I be doing while I'm this far into the truck?

First of all, my wiring has been screwed with throughout this trucks life, previous owners etc. Hard. I just need a vague idea as to how scarymessed up this looks to you guys and where exactly this box leads to in the firewall, its on the drivers side, underneath the cruise control module and to the right of the brake booster:
