0411 ECU swap questions

To the people that have done the 0411 ecu swap how much did you gain and how aggressive did you go with the tune? We are going to do my swap really soon and I am wondering what to expect, how aggressive we can go on what fuel for the most gains, and to what RPM should spin the motor to?

I had mine tuned to whatever black bear does for mail in 87 octane. It primarily had better throttle response and held hills better. I gained a couple mpg too. I never did any dyno testing though. Definitely worth what it costs.
