Need help with barn doors

So I’ve been trying to diagnose my barn door electric locks on my 97 Tahoe not working and I found this plug and cannot figure out where it goes to? Was there some type of module or some sort? Anything helps, thanks.

Inside door handle on the barn doors?

I have a 92 C2500 Suburban that I’m going to use as a camper and tow Vehicle for my race car. I have barn doors in the back and I’m wondering if they every had a inside door handle on the barn doors, or has anyone ever built inside handle.
