Motor revs on start up after motor swap

Just put a new motor in 97 chevy k1500, started a couple days ago and idled fine, started today to move around the shop and it revs up as soon as I start it, I’m completely confuckled

V6 to v8 swap

I have a 89 c1500, it’s 2wd single cab with a 5 speed manual. I was just wonder what all I need to put a 383 in it it will be carbureted, and if the trans in it currently will bolt right up. Thank you in advance!

Pulling Engine on 1998 5.7 Vortec need help

I have a 1998 Chevy 5.7 Vortec k1500 truck a blown motor and I’m just wondering what the best way to go about and how to Disconnect the wireing and how I should go about it thanks

.GEN 6 454 VORTEC!!!!

Anybody running Gen 6 454 blocks with carb or TBI and not using the gen 6 fuel injection...plan on installing gen 6 454 in at 92 GMC but not running about run carb really want the block for it's factory hydraulic-roller block...it seam to work just use different intake manifold Another...
