Instrument clusters lights wont turn on after led swapping

My instrument cluster lights wont turn on after swapping them over to led. Ive flipped them around and connected to see if i put it in the wrong way and no power, ive bought a different brand of leds and the same thing had happened. The weird thing is if I put the original bulbs they light up...

RPM and MPH Gauge Error

I have a 1997 K1500 pickup and both my rpm and mph gauges are not reading correctly. They are both reading higher than the actual rpm/mph, and seem to get farther off as rpm or speed increases. Has anyone had this issue? Any help or troubleshooting advice would be greatly appreciated. Rpm is...
