This probably isn't the right thread but here goes. I am planning to swap in a vortec engine and 98 interior into my 92 chevy ecsb. I am keeping my old steering column and making a filler for it so I don't want the security crap with it. How can I do this so that it will start and run without...

07 or newer Silverado dash?

Has anyone put an 07 or newer dash in an obs? I have an 88 and might be able to get a 2007 dash cheap. Just curious if it would fit at all. I know it would be a lot of work. I was just wondering if anyone had some pics if its been done.

88 hvac control not working. Need help

I have an 88 rclb with the digital heater control that has stopped working. I took it apart and there is a burned spot in the upper right hand corner of the display. I got one from the jy and tried it but it didnt work either. I took that one apart and it looks the same. Is my truck burning them...
