Oil pressure runs anywhere from 40 to 60 at all times when warm. Also just replaced the exhaust manifold gaskets when I did the cam and lifters.- 96ChevyC1500

Hello, I have a 1996 Chevy C1500 with a 5.7 vortec. I just replaced the lifters and also put a new cam in it. When I started it up it took a while but I started to hear a ticking noise from what sounds like the back of the engine.
