    So I cut the plug and wired into the Factory Trailer harness and still had the same issue with the Headlights on, As long as the Headlights are off they work fine. Ordered another, going to see if it acts the same way. If you would please check yours, let me know results.

    There is no Liquid in that to answer your question, but under it is a Thermal paste to help dissipate the heat throughout the block for what ever chip is under it. If it is a CPU, then there should be a fan close by to blow air over it. (BTW I build computers)

    Cant tell you all how helpful you were and thank you. Next ill be doing is looking for an Ac compressor rebuilt kit or a complete AC kit. I have no Ac but plenty of heat. Found the leak at the ac compressor seals.
