just seeing your response. this site never emails me an update to a thread. yea... that's just a cheap photoshop paint job... in reality its dark green, w blk 338s and rapidly deteriorating clear coat... don't drive er much either. kinda thinking about letting it go.

wow, glad I looked on my computer, couldn't see obviously frm my phone. I have not seen these engineered this way, same principle but a much tighter seam to weld. Great work GonzalesKustomz! sittin round fabing tools? must be nice...

When butt welding panels. Square tubing on the outside, flat on the inside. Wing nut tightens to hold the panels perpendicular n the 1/4 inch maintains consistent gap between panels while welding. Sent from my LG-P930 using Tapatalk

So how did you find GMT400.com??

google searched for 'crewcab shortbed' which lead to searching for 'ccsb' and then 'obs ccsb' and saw a picture of devons bada** black truck that was featured on this site. i think he had it for sale or had just sold it... i also was ignorant of the gmt400 designation. i am much wiser now. (:

as requested WT... 360 stroked to 403 w aluminum heads, nasty solid lift, stainless headers, manual vlv body 904, Coan converter, n 8 3/4 w 3:90 gears. best e.t. 11.64@113mph headed to state capitol after the friday night finals i had a phone vid someone sent me of er pickin up...
