    Fuel pump ground work

Is the filler neck ground still effective to put in place even if the filler neck has a main rubber supply hose from the PO when they replaced the fuel pump?

    Fuel pump ground work

Yeah it's the pump ground, pump works just fine, but like you said take the ounce of prevention and run the fuel pump ground to the truck bed bolt in location. Thanks!

    Fuel pump ground work

In the process of taking off the original grounds, I found this from the previous owner. I am aware the original strap went from the truck bed to the fuel neck originally in these trucks, how would you go about this here to ensure this ground works properly since the fuel neck has a hose section...

    AGM battery?

Just got this one this past December, $125 out the door with core. Hard to find a good battery for less than $150 that lasts longer than three years these days.

    AGM battery?

WalMart or if you have a Menards when they have a 11% sale, both have free three year replacement and about the same price on the conventional battery. Sorry to get off topic a little, but in general, especially with a few of you soaking a bit of coin into the trucks, please add a kill switch.

    Needle in a haystack find.

For my fellow gear heads you know what this is and how hard it is to find a 2WD 700R4, but I found one today. I got to drive the truck it was in before they pulled it. Anything else i should do with it other than fluid gasket and filter? Not going to be used for high performance.

Looking to see what some or yours looks like mounting wise in your trucks. Does the transmission mount from the tail housing itself or from the base of transmission itself like in this picture. TIA Mike

    GOT a van!

You got a solid deal for the condition of it. Not familiar with vans here, a suggestion to be made is if it has a inline fuel filter on the frame rail or near the carb swap those out. Happy Driving!
