1998 Silverado Passlock Issue ---- ugh
Hi I know th is an old thread but how did you fix your truck? Mine is like yours where the security light doesn't stay on during the relearn. Did you go with the suggested by pass route? Thanks- jmw201

Which computer? Etc.
Hi, I have a 98 K1500 with a 305 w/ 4L60E. I am looking at buying a 350/ 880 block complete engine with PCM out of a 2000 2500 W/ 4L80E I am planning on bolting this engine to my tranny. (the 4L60E) Does it matter which computer I use? Would it need to be programmed? Is the wiring the same...- jmw201
