Installed a Cherry Bomb Pro chambered muffler on my 92 K1500 tonight

Welded a hanger onto the Tailpipe 90° turn. Worked well even though my welds were really boogered on there ;)

Installed a Cherry Bomb Pro chambered muffler on my 92 K1500 tonight

Yes, frame is repaired on passenger side and sectioned-replaced on driver side. Yeah, that cab mount is shot but, the hole is bigger than the mount so I may just stick a hockey puck in there and make a plate/fender washer for the underside.

Really like the sound. I have no cat, OEM y pipe (I know), 3" pipe to muffler and used the mandrel bent section of the Tailpipe chopped to make a turnout before the rear tire. Sounds much healthier than the Walker SoundFX turbo that was on there before. I'll make a YT short sound clip...

    Is there such an adapter?

Here's the two tail harnesses. Which wire does what? Lime, brown, and black are consistent so I assume yellow and green are blinkers.

Rear diff fill plug? NPT plug?

I got it out and I have a vacuum machine so that's all I need to do. Definitely not putting this one back in though. 92 K1500. Looks like npt to me. I'll try it out at Menards today

So how do you change the heater hose nipple?

Got her buttoned up today. Used a 3/4" nipple × 1/2" NPT dorman fitting.

So how do you change the heater hose nipple?

Well, got it out today without issue. The quick connect aluminum hose part is dumb though, so returning the Dorman part and adding in a flushing TEE and a length of hose to a barb. I may install a copper pipe cap inside the heater hose with a 1/4" hole drilled in it.
