Engine Temp rockets with a/c on!!!

I did a little searching but couldn’t find anything. I have a 99 GMC crew cab 7.4l drw and it runs consistent roughly around 160 or the middle mark on gauge (I know they give crap readings) but now that it has warmed up and I turn the a/c on the temp runs up to 210-220 when at idle as high as it...
