Ford (uggh) Motorcraft has a catalogue of pigtails, Auveco makes all that hard to find automotive hardware.

Not one to make waves, To me what ever was designated the OEM lubricant/Fluid for a given task, be it transmission fluid or what ever. Go with what OEM recommends they designed the thing they should know what it needs Brand Name is a different story.
The 94 Dually has LED for all lights. we used LED flasher units. solved all issues now. no hyperflash
The only issue there is now, is the passenger side head light goes out when the headlights are turned on since I did the 4 high mod. I disconnect the 4 high mod light works properly

The big thing here is dont get CHEAP headers, you willl have flange warping issues (replacing gaskets like crazy) ive even seen welds break. I know it costs, get a brand name set...
slide under the truck disconnect the shift rod on the side of the trans and try to change gears from there.... if it rotates with a decisive click its changing.. then your issue is the linkages.... B&M makes a good floor shift for trucks
Remove the inspection cover, that will expose the parts you want to look at. GENTLY take a prybar and see it you can leverage the fork and Throw out bearing .. (did I mention GENTLY) Maybe spray the bearing retainer with wd 40....that could help
