    Complete exhaust build for a customer. The headers ended up fitting really well with the stock spark plug wires and oil dipstick tube. Full twin 3" with vibrant performance mufflers and side exit oval exhaust tips. Check out more of my work on my facebook page...

    Anybody using these headers?

    Good eye on those primaries! I never even measured them until now. They are about 1.675" OD. I cut off the 3-bolt flange and welded the vbands on myself.

    These headers ended up fitting really well! I did have to flatten the head flanges on my belt sander but I expected that.

    Are there many other headers with larger primaries? The only ones I found were the JBA full length which had 1.625" primaries going into a 2.5" collector. Thanks for the feedback. I am going to be cutting off the flanges and welding vbands on before building a custom exhaust so I should have...
