Lifted and front axle popped out

Have a question. I’ve got a 97 2500 454 Suburban Had a Tuff Country 4 inch lift installed. At same time new front passenger axle. Driven about 500 miles and zero issues. I placed into 4wd other day and got about 16 feet and from passenger axle popped out. Like it’s not in front diff any...

97 2500 454 SLT 4 inch lift.

Hello folks. Just finished a install on 97 suburban 2500 454. Used the TC 4 inch lift and wasn’t not simple bolt on instal and does not take 10-12 hrs. Regardless I think looks great and rides nice. Alignment was dead on in the green. Shocked. Exhaust wasn’t terribly hard but wasn’t expected...
