Misfire and Lean Condition

I have the following codes P0171 P0174 and P0300. The lean condition codes came first. I have a new fuel pump and no vacuum leaks, i did all this work almost a year ago. I got a new fuel filter a few days ago and the truck ran better until today when the misfire condition started. Got home...
