    Flowtech shorties, dual 2 1/2" 16ga aluminized, thru original 40's exiting out both sides behind rear tires. IMHO, the best sounding exhaust I've ever heard. Sounds unbelievable when I tromp it under an overpass. (Or brake torque in the quarter wash, Cop LOVED that!)

    Percy's dead soft copper collector gaskets, PERIOD! Do it once, do it right. I fought with blown out collector gaskets in the past, someone hipped me to percy's and I havent looked back. And no, I dont work for them or sell them.

    How much oil do you use?

    My 95 silverado had 184k on the original, and used a quart every 150-200 miles. Valve seals in #4 were gone. Pull #4 plug and it looked like coral caked on there. Ran that thing out of oil so many times. Expressway on my way to work @85-90 mph, look down, and NO oil pressure. drove it five more...

    I'll admit it...I don't know jack sh*t about the internals of an engine.

    You are going to want to buy the best torque wrench that you can afford. Cheap ones don't keep their calibration well. And ALWAYS reset it to its lowest setting after use.     Thats my baby, got the motor straight, now I gotta tackle those cab corners and lower doors. The rockers are surprisingly solid. Thinking about debadging and removing the wheel well trim. make it not so much an old man truck. Anyone else on here have the RCLB 2WD? I could use some inspiration!
